When my wife and I had our first child, life turned upside down. Between sleepless nights and constant chaos, exercise and nutrition were the first things to go.

My wife was going through her own storm: recovering from childbirth, feeding a baby around the clock, and feeling nothing like herself. We were both exhausted, surviving on scraps of time and whatever food we could grab.
When things finally settled, I realised how far we’d slipped. Going from a 2/10 to an 8/10 felt impossible. Every time I tried to get back into routine, junk food pulled me straight back down.
That’s when I created Parent Club, not as a business idea, but as a way for us to rebuild together. Simple daily habits. Short, structured workouts. Nutrition that works for real parents.
Out of that came the 2222 Method—now used by hundreds of parents—designed to give your body what it needs without overcomplicating it. Better energy. Better skin. Better sleep. Real food that keeps you full.
