Ingredients

– 3 Eggs
– Splash of milk
– Salt and pepper
– 50g Cheese
– Chery tomatoes

Method

– Cracks eggs into a bowl with milk, salt and pepper and beat to combine
– Grease a pan with some 1kcal spray and heat on a medium heat before adding the egg mix
– Once the eggs set slightly, add the grated cheese and chopped cherry tomatoes
– Once the cheese melts and eggs are cooked through, fold it in half and serve
– Add additional toppings/ingredients as desired
