Ingredients

– 200g All purpose/self raising flour
– 2-3 Tablespoons of sugar
– 1 Tablespoon baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– 300ml Milk
– 1 Large egg

Method

– Mix all ingredients in a bowl
– Grease a pan with 1kcal spray and bring to a medium heat
– Add mixture to the pan in however many batches you desire
– Top with whatever you like
