I wanted to find a better balance with food & exercise. Historically I would either be over eating or under eating with no inbetween. I wanted to try & develop a healthier relationship with exercise & food.
I signed up with Steve to find a healthier balance with food & to have some accountability with exercise. I liked the idea of an online coach to check in with me weekly to make sure I was on track & making good choices. I was either on a diet or not which has led to years of being over restrictive & having poor self esteem. I wanted to have a healthier “lifestyle” where nothing was off limits & I could find a healthy balance.
I found the “daily habits” really important in the way I structure my eating habits now. I used to eat as little as possible whereas now I structure my meals with nutrient dense foods, meaning I feel much better in myself. I liked “ticking off” my daily habits which felt like accomplishments at the end of each day.
Having completed the program, I feel more confident in my own skin & have created a better relationship with food & exercise. I am going to continue using the “daily habits” as a foundation to my eating habits so I can remove tracking & live a healthier & more balanced lifestyle.
