Ingredients

Less than 5% beef mince -500g
Kidney beans in chilli sauce – 2x400g
Chopped tinned tomatoes – 1 x 400g
Onion
Chopped chilli

Method

Fry onions and chillis until soft and add mince until browned

Add kidney beans and tinned tomatoes to pan and season with salt, pepper and chilli powder (to taste)

Simmer for 45-60 mins stirring regularly to avoid sticking

Can serve with pasta, rice or wraps, add cheese and sour cream if you wish or simply enjoy by itself.
