1 – Cut the chicken into 2-3 pieces and brown in a pan in butter
2 – Season then add to slow cooker with stock, honey and mustard and set to lowfor 4 hours
3 – 30 mins before serving, add peas and creme fresh
4 – Using 2 forks pull chicken apart till shredded (or use chicken shredder)
5 – Serve with boiled potatoes, rice or baguette
