Clare’s main aim is and always has been to inspire her kids.
She wanted to show them what a healthy lifestyle looked like. Not just telling them to exercise and eat well but SHOWING them. Clare didn’t want to pass on her body insecurities or her guilt around food.
We’ve done that through teaching her about what her body needs, getting structure to her nutrition and instilling habits which glue it all together.
Losing 17kg in the process – nearly 3 stone for you oldies 😉 As well as improving her health and fitness so that she feels at her absolute best as well.
Liking what she sees in the mirror instead of steering clear. Wearing clothes with confidence. She has also started to love the gym and exercising. We’ve done that by starting off with workouts at home with just a set of dumbbells and building her confidence with weight lifting to the point Clare decided to go to the gym and loves it. Lifting heavy weights and getting strong.
Everything Clare eats… her family eats too. This isn’t a separate plan of protein shakes and plain, boring food. Everything we do is suitable for the whole family.
